DEPUTY SINGER LIST

Applications are now open for deputy singers for Echo Vocal Ensemble’s 2026-2027 season.

We are looking for singers who:

• Are confident and versatile ensemble singers with strong voices
• Are interested in exploring innovation within ensemble singing
• Are generous, kind colleagues

How to apply:

To apply please email a CV to echovocalensemble@gmail.com. Alongside this, a recent recording of your singing may strengthen your application, but is not obligatory.

Application deadline: Wednesday 2nd September, 5pm

Timeline: On Thursday 3rd September, you'll hear from us whether we'd like to see you for auditions, and by Friday 4th September we will have drawn up a schedule according to availability. Some travel bursaries will be available for those with mitigating financial circumstances.

Auditions

Auditions will be held in central London on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th September. Please prepare a Baroque aria. An accompanist will be provided.

We are committed to working towards a more diverse cultural sector. Our recruitment process is open to all, but we are particularly keen to hear from singers who identify as from the global majority, disabled and/or working class, as these groups are currently underrepresented in our organisation.
